If you are a bright and talented Solicitor with experience in property law (residential or commercial property) and a desire to start a career in banking law, then our client would like to hear from you. Our client would naturally also consider those with banking or property finance experience.

Our client acts for many regional, national and international lenders and borrowers on all of their funding requirements.
Candidates can expect to join a team that is recognised as a leading banking and finance team in the regional market and rated highly in this practice area in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

The team advises banks and financial institutions and borrowers on:

• Acquisition and investment financing;
• Refinancing;
• Preparation of certificates/reports on title; and
• Perfection of security at Land Registry and Companies House.
