The role and Commercial practice:

Opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE to progress within a commercial team in Watford that is operating at the forefront of multiple sectors.

· You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills
· With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to work with clients directly and manage relationships
· The team has particular expertise in tech, IP, IT, manufacturing and pharmaceutical work, data protection, healthcare, education and charities work making for a dynamic and interesting caseload
· You'll be working alongside leading figures and assist them on complex matters, often multi-jurisdictional in nature.

The ideal candidate:

· You will be an experienced Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
