We are currently retained exclusively to work on this exciting and in many ways unique opportunity for a senior level Employment lawyer to join this boutique Employment and People consultancy law firm in the City.
You will have a minimum of 10yrs+ strong PQE gained from a recognised, leading Employment Law practice, and you will be ambitious and looking for the next chapter in your career that perhaps could be that little bit different and which will offer you a unique range of work challenges and experience to help you stand out from the crowd.
Our client is a leader in its field, offering a high level multi-disciplinary approach to their clients’ needs across the inter-connected challenges of Employment Law, HR, Incentives, Tax and Immigration, including overseas and complex cross-border project work.
You will find yourself working with multi-nationals as well as UK-headquartered businesses ranging from public companies with global reach to smaller privately owned, often VC-backed organisations. You will be integral to helping deliver a client’s long-term strategy and this allows for high level and deeply rewarding client relationships.
You will ideally offer a background of strong both non-contentious and contentious Employment Law practice, and cross-border experience will be valuable.
This is a key appointment for our client, joining an expert team. There is a very competitive salary (certainly £150,000.00++) and benefits structure in place, as well as a fully flexible approach to office and home-working as required.
