£40,000 - £55,000
We are working with a leading regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their award winning team dealing with a mixed case load of commercial and civil litigation.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a strong track record of meeting billing and time recording targets.
- Be responsible for running their own caseload and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to the business development of the team
- Able to distribute and delegate work amongst the team.
- Experience of managing and settling contentious probate matters.
- Preparation of Part 7 and Part 8 Claims
- Supporting the team in hitting team targets.
- Supporting the development of other team members, including trainees and legal apprentices.
- Contentious Probate experience would be advantageous
