Litigation Solicitor
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a law firm in Ashford as part of their continued expansion of their dispute resolution team. They have a need a qualified solicitor from NQ to 4 years' PQE.
Ashford has the high speed rail link in Ashford enabling candidates to commute from areas such as London, Stratford, Ebbsfleet.

The Role
The Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for a wide ranging case load of litigation files to include commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, professional negligence, contract disputes, building disputes, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with some experience and a genuine interest in commercial and/or civil litigation. The successful solicitor will be able to manage a case load to given financial and time targets whilst under supervision of a more senior lawyer.
Salary to £43,000
