Rhodda & Co are looking for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join their busy conveyancing/probate practice.
The role
- will involve managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential transactions, including new builds, shared ownership, right to buy and lease extensions
- Prioritising and managing deadlines
- Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents and third parties
About you
- Must have previous experience as a conveyancer in residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication and numerical skills
- Be able to judge potential situations independently, identify and decide on a course of action
