Job Details
New role for an experienced litigator looking for an Head of Dept role. Our client is a well respected Exeter practice that is seeking a Head of Dispute Resolution. You will be a broad litigator, ideally with experience of commercial litigation including advising private individuals and SME's and OMB's on range of issues including employment, defamation, contractual disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes. You will be working closely with Partners, and supervising and managing a team.
