Commercial (with IP) Lawyer - London

We have instructions on a superb new role with a small/medium sized City firm, offering great client work and career prospects. This is a Commercial role, across sectors including technology, media and entertainment. The work will include all aspects of commercial work including drafting and negotiating contracts, such as NDAs and TS&Cs, as well as non-contentious IP work (with high-end clients) including data protection matters.

This position will suit a Commercial lawyer of c.2-4 years' PQE, with solid IP experience and with a good track record at London or leading regional firms, or in-house.
