Job Details
Fantastic opening for an ambitious non-contentious construction Solicitor to join this recognised team in Bristol.
This role would be suited to a construction solicitor with 3+ years PQE with good knowledge of JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts with a clear understanding of working with consultant appointments, collateral warranties and bonds and guarantees.
The department are working on various, interesting projects and clients including; mixed use developments, refurbishment, retail, vertical farming facilities and wind power projects.
You will play an integral part of a well established team who deal with a range of high value non-contentious matters and at a firm who will encourage your development and progression.
