Legal Counsel - Corporate - 3 - 8 PQE - Saudi Arabia

Our client is developing one of the most dynamic and interesting projects in the world at present.

As the project gains size and pace, the growing legal team requires the services of several new Legal Counsels to join them in their Saudi location.

These roles will involve a wide array of work, ranging from joint ventures, commercial contracts, and some M&A work.

Applicants can be Saudi qualified or legally qualified in a common law jurisdiction such as England, Scotland, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, or Singapore. Candidates should have gained three or more years of legal experience working for leading international law firms with excellent reputations in corporate law. Applicants with previous experience of working in the Middle East would be preferred but that is not a necessity.

You will be expected to work onsite in Saudi Arabia, and will receive an excellent tax-free package, relocation and benefits, as well as generous holiday/remote working allowances.

Remuneration: £120K - £160K tax free + generous benefits
