The firm has recently adopted a hybrid working approach that enables its staff to efficiently work from home and the office(s) with the latest technologies and legal software to create a seamless transition.

The Role:

As a result of organic growth and investment, the firm now requires a Litigation Solicitor to strengthen and add value to their Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.
This role can be based out of the York office. There are also options to work out of other national offices and hybrid working options to enable an agile and flexible approach to work arrangements.
There will be a mixture of both civil and commercial litigation matters. You can expect to be exposed to legal work in the following areas;

• Defamation
• Intellectual Property Disputes
• Shareholder Disputes
• Breach of Contract
• Professional Negligence
• Dilapidations Claims
• Partnership Disputes
• Injunctions

There is structured training to strengthen your capabilities, and you will be exposed to more complex legal work as your ability dictates. You will also be allowed to shape your career by focusing on particular areas of corporate law and becoming an expert within your field.

Requirements:

• You will be a Dispute Resolution/Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE
• You will have knowledge and experience in commercial and civil litigation
• You will possess an ambition to further your career and welcome opportunities for learning and development
