Fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join this leading regional firm who are tier 1 rated in L500 for their work and ranked highly in the Top 20 Best Law Firms to work for.
Based in Milton Keynes or Northampton with hybrid and flexible working on offer, you will assist the team on a broad range of corporate transactions including:
- Company transactions including mergers and acquisitions
- Disposals, restructures and business reorganisations
- Directors' duties and shareholders' agreements.
- Company refinancing and share schemes.
- Limited liability partnerships
You will also be given client contact from day one and be involved in marketing and business development. Ideally you will have gained experience from a comparable corporate team and be looking for your next career move with a friendly and supportive firm.
