Joining a chambers rated team you will be happy to act for a range of clients in a wide variety of property related disputes.
 
The superb client base includes local and national Government bodies; PLC developers and housebuilders; Social Housing Providers; third sector organisations; pension funds; utilities companies; landlords; and occupiers.
 
Ideally you’ll have trained and gained experience at a city or large regional firm and have gained exposure to high quality and high value work.
 
The role involves acting for clients at every stage of the process, from advising developers on potential risks and how to mitigate those risks, to litigation in courts and tribunals.
 
The team is close-knit and you will benefit from secretarial support.
 
As well as those who have experience of property litigation work, we will consider candidates with commercial property experience who are looking for a change or a general litigation lawyer who is looking to specialise.
 
Ideally you’ll be at NQ-2 years PQE having trained and gained experience alongside partners of note.
