In recent years, this Top 70 firm has substantially grown and now has over 200 staff. They are top tier across several practise areas, which increases yearly. You will find that with smaller teams, it is common for NQ's and Partners to be working side by side, this is not a Partner-led, pyramid structure. The Role

The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE to join their flourishing West End office.

The work that the Property Litigation department does is broad; they advise in relation to commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes and development disputes. They deal with all landlord and tenant issues including rent arrears, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes, they also have experience in rent review, insolvency, real estate disputes and property-related professional negligence claims. The client base is broad and includes; HNW individuals, Investors, Funds, Charities, Retailers, and large national companies.

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• Excellent communication skills are key
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
