OVERVIEW:
• The highly successful private client team of this reputable practice has identified the need for an additional Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the established team and cover the broad remit of private client matters.
• Dependent on experience, the appointed Private Client Solicitor will be dealing with their own caseload of private client matters to include Wills, Court of Protection, Administration of Estates, Deputyships, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• You will possess the capability to network and market within the local market.
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives who have up to 6 years PQE in dealing with all types of private client matters.
• You will be a strong team player and have the ability to build and develop relationships. It is essential that they are empathetic in nature and demonstrate that they are confident, organised and flexible.
• It is also imperative that the successful candidate has a strong commercial awareness and is willing to embed themselves into our clients' mission statement.
• A highly quality-assured legal practice, our client is an established firm that are renowned for their quality of service and have been recognised for the outstanding service they provide to their clients.
