Product Specialist

The Product Specialist acts as a key member of the team that enables the firm to deliver legal knowledge to clients in an efficient and innovative manner. You will use your skills and expertise to raise the awareness and drive the adoption of the firm's client knowledge technology estate.

Solutions include the firm's external learning management platform, e-learning, mobile apps, and chatbots.

The duties are varied and include (but not limited to) responsibility for delivering e-learning courses and mobile apps to their clients, managing delivery from start to finish, working with all areas of the firm to understand requirements, complete user testing and support go live activities and liaise with suppliers.

The firm are looking for a solution focussed person with excellent communication skills, who is a relationship builder with strong analytical skills and the ability to find solutions to often complex problems,

Experience of working in learning management/e-learning/mobile apps is helpful, but not mandatory.
