This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the legal tech team as a product owner. Core to this role is the ownership and responsibility of driving adoption of their key technology solutions across the firm's practice areas. The main focus for this role is on the firm's Collaboration and Portals solution (plus other solutions when necessary).
Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand barriers to adoption and challenges by gaining constructive feedback, arranging training sessions, working with tech vendors to help ensure the solution continues to meet the firm's needs. Additionally, helping to define good processes and governance to improve their centre of excellence across the portal solutions.
Previous experience of working in legal tech is essential for this role, as is experience of working with and delivering technology platforms and products, being able to build relationships, working collaboratively, strong communication skills and technical ability
