You’ll join the leading property team on the island, with an abundance of interesting residential work on offer. Alongside handling a varied existing caseload of residential transactions, you’ll lead a team of 6 lawyers within the property department. The firm are incredibly flexible and offer agile and home working to all their lawyers.

You’ll also manage and motivate the firm’s close-knit residential team  

You’ll be supported by the firm’s director and, in time, in your capacity as team lead, you will participate in determining the strategic direction of the business

The ideal candidate   

A reliable and driven Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ years experience

Will have experience of managing and motivating a team 

Will be a good communicator  

May have experience of using LEAP 

Will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure
