Job Details
Our client is a highly respected firm keen to secure a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their highly ranked team on a contract of 12 months. The role is to start ASAP and revolves around the preparation of a significant issue going to trial.
The successful lawyer will work with a Partner in the Dispute Resolution group who is an expert on sanctions law and specialises in complex commercial litigation, fraud, investigations, and regulatory compliance. This is a great opportunity to gain both experience and exposure, as well as the ability to work on a large-scale arbitration with an international element. Any experience working on similar matters will be of great interest. The firm utilises hybrid working, and so there will generally be only 2-3 days a week in the office required.
The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE, as well as a strong commercial litigation background with experience gained within a notable City, International or top tier regional firm. The successful candidate is likely to be driven, have strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest on working on such matters.
It is also highly likely that the successful candidate will be immediately available, although there is potential for a short notice period to be accommodated.
