Job Details

My client is a leading Top 50 defendant practice that is looking for a junior level Solicitor / CILEX to join its casualty team at their Birmingham city centre office to manage a high quality caseload of fast and multi-track EL/PL claims on behalf of a range of local authority and national insurance clients. 

The experience you will require to be considered for the role includes:
  • 2+ PQE Solicitor/ CILEX
  • EL/PL casualty claims experience
  • Experience defending litigated claims
  • Knowledge of CPR and litigation
  • Experience presenting cases in the county court.
