OVERVIEW:
• A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving team.
• This role would suit a qualified Solicitor with 3+ Years PQE in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters.
• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include, lease extensions, buy to let, re mortgages and transfers.
• You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
• You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions for every case
