The Role

1PQE+ Intellectual Property / IP Lawyer to join Tier and Band 1 team within Bristol Top 50.

Taking ownership highly complex multi-party matters, often in industries that are well regulated, the team are heavily involved in high profile matters for numerous international and FTSE 250 organisations, the public sector and infrastructure providers, to name a few.

Amongst industry-renowned experts, you'll advise clients on all non-contentious IP considerations, including but not limited to transactions (including licensing, assignment and franchising), structuring, collabs and joint ventures, and IP audits.

Client-facing, you'll undertake the role with a high degree of care, being encouraged to form a niche as you mature within your preferred client roster and area of practice
