Commercial Property (Energy) Associate - Cambridge

Exciting role for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join this well-liked and innovative Cambridge law firm.

Our client has an excellent reputation for commercial property work and an entrepreneurial, forward thinking approach and team orientated culture.

The firm is looking for a talented commercial property solicitor with ca 2 years PQE+ to handle broad ranging commercial real estate work including development matters for clients operating in the energy sector.

In this role, you'll be advising clients such as energy companies and operators and landowners on generalist real estate work but with a focus on development projects relating to solar and wind energy and battery sites. The firm has an excellent and growing reputation in this space, in what is a topical, highly lucrative and very relevant slice of the market.

This is an excellent role to suit an ambitious lawyer looking for a merit based, agile and supportive environment and the chance to handle high quality work and see clear scope for future career progression. A real estate lawyer with at least 2 years experience, you will ideally have also had some exposure to property work within the energy sector (solar, wind or renewables) or a keen interest in focusing on this kind of work.
