The Role

NQ+ Corporate Finance Lawyer to join Tier and Band 1 team within Bristol Top 50.

One of the largest dedicated teams based outside the City and competing head-on with that market, offering a true differentiator within the mid-market space. They are noted for their prevalence in energy, food, transport, technology, and financial services.

You'll be exposed to public and private M&A, PE and ECM transactions domestically and cross-border across a roster that ranges from start-ups to international conglomerates.
