My client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established Commercial Property team in Wiltshire.

You will be joining a Commercial Property team who has a real grasp on the market and advises a range of clients (local and national). The role is for a Commercial Property solicitor who already has a good basic understanding of this practice area so you will ideally have a minimum of 1 year PQE.

You will be able to work on a really wide range of commercial property matters including general commercial property, development work as well as some HNW Agricultural / Rural Estates matters.

This is a busy department for the firm so there is already an existing caseload for the successful candidate to get stuck into, so you can make an immediate contribution to the team and firm.
