A property litigation solicitor role has arisen at a fantastic form based in Tamworth!  The client can offer flexibility for this to be full or part-time, they can offer a hybrid role in terms of office/homeworking along with free onsite parking (outside of the centre).
 
This is a great opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to slot into a small but thriving litigation department. Our client is looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running on a diverse range of property litigation matters to include commercial, residential and some agricultural disputes. The work will include dealing with forfeiture work, lease renewals, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, and boundary disputes.  The firm has a large commercial property team able to provide specialist support on more complex issues. 
 
The firm is looking for a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years’ experience running their own caseload of matters. The team offer support by way of a legal secretary and can offer flexibility to work from home the majority of the week!
