Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive

Our client is a leading regional practice and is well known for its large, dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing department. They are now seeking a conveyancing solicitor with upward of 4 to 5 years' experience to join their Cotteridge office. There is already work in the department and our client is looking for somebody to hit the ground running on an array of matters.

This firm is friendly, open and quick to champion its people for upward progression! As a conveyancing solicitor/legal executive you will join a large team that uses a very effective case management system. You will have the support of a conveyancing assistant, but you must be able to handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters. The team has a new business department which conducts the initial file set up, along with a post-completion team which will enable you to focus on the main part of the transaction.

Our client is looking for a senior conveyancing solicitor with some management experience who can hit the ground running. Knowledge of the local conveyancing market would be advantageous, though this is not a necessity.

To be considered, you must be a modern conveyancer who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to cope under pressure working to tight deadlines. In return, the firm offers regular salary reviews along with progression into team management. This is a unique opportunity for a senior conveyancing solicitor to be part of well-run team.
