Commercial Litigation Lawyer
A Cardiff Law firm requires a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to manage a varied case load.
The Firm
A leading law firm with offices providing national coverage to a predominately insurance client base. The firm truly values their staff and provide a fantastic supportive working environment, encouraging staff members to develop their potential.
The Role
The Commercial Litigation case load would be made up of mainly Claimant matters across the full range of work types including fast and multi track cases dealing with contract disputes, (sale of goods and services), building disputes and professional negligence. The work sources include LEI and private instruction. The work can be undertaken on a hybrid working bases with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced paralegal with a range of civil/commercial litigation knowledge gained to date.
Salary to £45,000
