Job Details

Property Litigation Lawyer A national law firm employing over 500 employees with an office in Leeds has a new requirement for an experienced Litigation lawyer to join their Property Litigation department employing over 50 lawyers in their team. an award winning law firm with many accolades relating to being a firm of choice for employees.They require a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive to manage a busy, and varied caseload on behalf of claimants. The caseload will be managed through both fast and multi track including a majority of files are backed by Legal Expenses Insurance and involve matters such as trespass, breach of covenant, nuisance, property damage and subsidence. A hybrid working pattern will be available. Candidates will be required to worth within service level agreements, utilise a case management system and supervise other case handlers where necessary. Previous Civil Litigation experience is required with a good understanding Civil Procedure Rules. Salary to £45000
