Commercial Property Solicitor A Winchester law firm has an opportunity for a 2+ year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join an award winning law firm dealing with a caseload containing very good quality work. The Firm Recognised as a firm of choice to work for among leading lawyers they are able to provide an excellent work life balance combined with agile and hybrid working. Acting for many leading national clients' including organisations, governmental departments, local authority, healthcare providers and other sectors. The Role The Commercial Property Solicitor will work on high quality commercial property matters for clients such as healthcare companies and trusts. The work will involve negotiating, reviewing and drafting leases, development agreements and sales and purchases. The Candidate A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum 2 years' PQE. Commercial aware, well organised and able to participate in business development. Salary to £65,000 + bonus and flexible benefits
