This international law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Lawyer to its Commercial Disputes practice in Leeds - ideally at Managing Associate or Legal Director level although a Solicitor at Senior Associate level, looking for that step up will also be considered.
This Commercial Litigation team have a fabulous reputation and rightly so. They act for top flight clients, not just clients of the practice but clients who actively seek them out purely for Commercial Litigation work too. The work that they do doesn't stop at the borders, there is an international perspective to it as well. It is genuinely broad ranging and includes:
- typical corporate and commercial disputes
- IT ( public and private)
- International Arbitration (they are one of the few firms who offer genuine access to this from Leeds)
- Substantial Procurement Litigation
This team have had success in recruiting Lawyers from a wide variety of backgrounds, consequently as well looking at Lawyers from peer firms or London relocators they are happy to consider those who may have qualified overseas with relevant experience of the appropriate quality, or those from smaller local firms with the desire and capability to step up.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with c. 6 years+ PQE to join a genuinely collegiate team in a leading role. The practice also provides opportunities to get involved in more diverse activities and proactively encourages involvement in CSR for example.
