The Firm:

This long-established firm in the North East of England is seeking to make *two* additions to their residential property team. They have a reputation for high quality legal work and are seeking to bolster their already successful conveyancing team.

With multiple offices across the North East, they would like to bring on board mid to senior level residential conveyancers, qualified solicitors and/or licenced conveyancers.

The firm is renowned for its commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach and significant growth has been enjoyed over recent years. If you are career-minded and enjoy operating in a fast-moving environment – this is a genuinely exciting opportunity where you will be rewarded very quickly.

The Opportunity:

• Residential conveyancing experience, either working as a Solicitor/FILEX/Licensed Conveyancer managing own caseload of freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered titles with minimum supervision.
• Experience of managing a team and ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to form good relationships with clients and colleagues and to work as part of an effective team.
• Good IT skills including the ability to utilise a case management system and amend/modify the case management system
• The need for attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced department.
• To maintain high standards in the processing of client work

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – 2 years+
• Approachable demeanour in terms of both colleagues and clients
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to follow instructions
