Private Client Solicitor

A well-established multi-service practice in North Wales is now looking to recruit a qualified Private Client Solicitor (from 2 years PQE) who will be taking over an existing quality caseload covering a range of private client matters.

Our client has the biggest and best private client team in North Wales, boasting a team of 20 across their offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join a firm that has private client at it's heart.

The position will be reporting to an experienced and supportive department head, who is known for his commitment to developing members in his team. The role will suit a private client lawyer who has good technical knowledge and the experience to take on a varied caseload of matters including:

• Wills
• Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Estates
• The creation and administration of Trusts
• Court of Protection (applications and pre and post Order management of affairs)

The salary is up to £45,000 dependent on experience and PQE.

Our client embraces flexible working, with a split of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office available. On that basis, they are keen to consider applicants outside the local area.
