Personal Injury Solicitor (Casualty)

I have a great opportunity for a personal injury Solicitor with a leading national defendant personal injury firm, at their Birmingham office. 

My client is a Top 50 UK law firm with an excellent reputation for dealing with international insurance clients and public sector bodies. They currently have a role available within their Casualty team to pick up a full caseload of fast and multi-track litigated Employers and Public Liability matters, acting on behalf of several of the firm's key clients. 

You will run these cases from inception through to settlement or trial, dealing with all stages of the litigation process, accordingly you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in this area such that you will be able to handle work at this level from the outset.
