Calling all specialist employment solicitors! This is a fantastic opportunity if you are experienced in employment tribunal procedure, disciplinary, grievances, dismissal, settlement agreements, maternity, employment and consultancy agreements, drafting policies, TUPE and corporate support. You will be comfortable advising employer clients & HR managers and rewarded with a great working environment and a structured team who have thought through plans for development and growth. The firm overall has seen significant growth in recent years.
There is very much scope to develop within this role; both your reputation in the market locally, and your experience within the team. Working alongside a dynamic partner you will have variety of work and clients and will be encouraged to give input in how to best meet their needs. The work in the team will be freely given and your ideas listened to. Knowledge of the Essex/ East Anglia market would be an advantage, but your ability to develop networks and build client relationships will be the key.
This firm are flexible and are happy to allow home working as an ongoing hybrid mix. There is also flexibility for this role to be part time at the 3 or 4 days per week level.
