Personal Injury Team Manager - Staffordshire

This is a new vacancy for a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join a national firm.

Based in North Staffordshire with the opportunity for hybrid working, the role involves running a team of Personal Injury Fee Earners. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in EL, PL and RTAs and have significant demonstrable experience as a manager or supervisor in legal practice.

A key element of the role involves mentoring and supervising team members and supporting them with ex portal and litigation cases, so an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and expertise to grow talent within the wider team is essential. You will be liaise directly with clients and colleagues, attend marketing events and deliver training.

In addition to supporting the team, you will also have excellent networking skills, enabling you to liaise with clients and colleagues, attend marketing events and deliver training.
