The Role:

You will join this respected Commercial team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You can expect to be involved in a broad diet of work, acting for a national and international client base that includes PLCs across sectors such as energy, tech, finance and retail. The work includes commercial contracts, IT, data protection and intellectual property - the opportunity will mould around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise.

You will lead on complex and high-value projects with Partner support and have a high level of client contact, allowing you to form and grow client relationships. The opportunities to develop your technical and commercial ability will provide a platform to become a well-rounded lawyer.

The firm offers a remuneration package at the top end of the market, an impressive bonus scheme, and good levels of flexibility.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Lawyer with 2+ years PQE
• Experience gained at a city or large regional law firm, or equivalent in-house legal team
• Comfortable working independently and liaising with clients
• Willing to get involved in business development
