A qualified Residential Conveyancer Fee Earner is required to join a conveyancing specialist in their Gateshead office. Our client offers a unique model, that has led them to organically grow and go from strength to strength since first establishing themselves six years ago. There are also no individual billing targets and so this Residential Conveyancing position is truly a standout opportunity in the current North East market. If you are Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner either Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive looking for something different this should stand out.

The Role
-You will be required to run a low volume residential caseload from start to completion. Matters will include a mix of sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold and remortgage matters. The team of Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners receive excellent support with skilled conveyancing assistants.
-In addition, should you enjoy the opportunity to be involved in the teams further development, this would absolutely be encouraged.
-You will be exposed to freehold, leasehold and some new build matters but the caseload will always remain around the 50 file mark as our client focusses and prides themselves on low volume but high client satisfaction.

The Person
-You must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer. Applications will be happily received from Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives. Ideally you will have upwards of two years residential conveyancing fee earning experience as a minimum.
-You must be looking for a long-term role, be seeking career development and have excellent client care skills as this will be monitored regularly.
-Those seeking a four day working week will also be considered for this role.
