Assistant PI & Clinical Negligence Lawyer
A national, award winning law firm, has a requirement for a newly qualified lawyer or 1-2 years PQE, with Clinical and Serious Negligence experience.

The Assistant PI & Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be assisting more experienced Lawyers with their catastrophic cases from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a very rewarding role. The work may also include carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements; preparing for Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).
The successful PI & Clinical Negligence Lawyer should demonstrate experience in Clinical Negligence and Serious or Catastrophic Injury cases, also having experience running Personal Injury cases. The role requires excellent communication and client care skills, demonstrating an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients is essential. The lawyer should be self-sufficient and be able to thrive in a busy working environment whilst also being a team player, enjoy engaging in marketing and business development opportunities.
