Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a well-established practice in South London is searching for a highly motivated, experienced and detail-orientated conveyancer to join their residential property team. This is a fee-earning role that covers all aspects of the conveyancing process and is client facing.

To be an ideal candidate for the position you will have a broad knowledge of property law matters and have managed your own caseload. You will need to demonstrate your ability to handle transactions proactively and efficiently whilst ensuring exceptional levels of client care.

The property law team handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters including, but not limited to:

• First time buyers, Buy to Let, etc.
• Staircasing, shared ownership, help to buy
• Re-mortgaging
• Transfer of Equity
• Transfer of Title
• New Build purchases

You will be:

• Conveyancer, solicitor, Ilex or CLC Experience in Property law
• Ability to manage your own caseload without supervision
• Outstanding communication skills and client focused
