A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of my Clients in Bolton. The firm is not like your typical law firm, its trendy- yet professional and offers superb benefit packages.
The position is a corporate commercial paralegal, your role will be to provide support to the fee earners across a varied range of both commercial and corporate matters such as: tax, finance, equity, M&A’s etc.
The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious and forward thinking. The firm are open to considering a Paralegal with proven experience in a commercial focused role, i.e., commercial contracts, corporate, real estate / commercial property or commercial litigation who has a passion for co/co. LPC graduates with strong academics and some legal experiences are also encouraged to apply.
