Senior Associate/Legal Director with view to early progression to Partnership (6 figures)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a one-office firm, based in Surrey/SW London.

With a Private Client team of three, they are looking to expand and recruit a Senior Associate who is looking to move into managing and become the HOD. The team needs a partner, and the plan is that you will progress into partnershsip in early course, with a clear path and encouragement.

They are happy to recruit at the Senior associate or Legal Director level, depending upon your current role and aspirations. The partnership is incredibly supportive so you will find first-class mentoring and guidance to assist your transition to partnership, and with HOD skills if required.

The work is HNW and very good quality, from a long-standing and loyal client base. The lawyers in the team have a genuine passion for this work, with a number of the team members with their own reputations.
