Private Client Locum with trusts experience

Our client, a well-respected Southampton based firm, are actively seeking a Locum Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team.

The firm require a locum to provide recruitment gap cover and ideally would like the locum to start ASAP for up to 3 months.

You will thrive on managing your own varied caseload consisting of; Estate Planning, Wills, Estate Administration, advising on Trusts, Elderly Client Services and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Trusts experience is essential for this role.

As a locum lawyer you will be joining a highly rated private client team in a prominent high street firm.

This is a great opportunity for a locum lawyer looking to secure a 3 month interim assignment with the potential of being extended.

The role is office based which can be carried out on either a full time or part-time basis and paying a competitive hourly rate. Please note this role is Outside IR35.
