We are recruiting for a specialist Corporate PSL to join a highly profitable Top 100 firm in Cheltenham.

This role has been born out of growth, needing an experienced corporate lawyer to deal with knowledge management and precedents. The team deals with a wide range of corporate law matters for clients ranging in size from entrepreneurial start-up ventures to UK and US listed companies. Transactional work undertaken includes M&A, joint ventures, buy-outs, share offerings, borrowings and trade and private equity investment. Fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer, ideally from the City or Top Tier regional firm, who wants to live/work in Cheltenham but does not want to compromise on quality of work or remuneration. Ideally you will have experience as a PSL, although if you have a genuine interest in a transition away to fee earning to PSL our client would like to hear from you.
