Interim - Major Project Commercial Contracts Lawyer

A well-respected local authority based in London is seeking a Major Construction Projects Lawyer for three months initially.

This local authority is seeking a specialist Contracts and Procurement Lawyer who can provide an efficient and cost – effective legal service. Your role will involve advising on high quality commercial construction matters and high profile, politically sensitive cases. You will draft and advise on terms and conditions for a variety of construction related contracts, procurement procedures and documents including invitations to tender, standstill letters, contract award notices and the like. EU procurement experience is essential.

The local authority offers a hybrid working model where they would ideally like weekly presence. This is an exciting role for someone looking to work on high profile, complex casework with one of the most sought-after local authorities.
