Senior Lawyer – Litigation Team – Band L
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to be part of the Litigation Team. The role will be the lead licensing lawyer in the team but will also be required to cover ASB, Housing, regulatory enforcement, and General Litigation. Experience in providing legal support to Council Committees and advocacy experience in both the County Court and Magistrates Court is essential. You will join a team of specialist litigation lawyers which provides an efficient, effective, and responsive service to the Council,
You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister or Chartered Legal Executive, with a background in licensing and general litigation. You will need to demonstrate first class legal and analytical skills, and a high level of customer focus to ensure the Council is able to deliver on its priorities.
