Job Details
We are working with a successful private practice with multiple offices across Essex and they are a leading Legal 500 firm and the PI & Clinical Negligence team are ranked tier 2. This is truly a fantastic opportunity and there has never been a better time to join this forward-thinking and modern firm.
The department are currently made up on 10 team members, including fee earners and paralegals. You will be part of their growth plans and be an integral part of the long-term future of the department. This is genuinely an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to be part of a highly reputable and friendly team.
You will be expected to handle your own caseload and be able to demonstrate excellent client care while providing specialist advice to your clients. The caseload will consist of, but will not be limited to:
- Birth injuries to mother and/or baby
- Delayed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of cancer, sepsis, stroke and heart attack amongst others
- Surgical errors
- Hospital claims
- Orthopaedic negligence
- Clinical negligence compensation claims
