Job Details
This is your chance to join an established team and progress your career within one of the most reputed and progressive law firms in Cornwall.
In this role you will advise a range of local and national, large, and small businesses on a wide variety of commercial disputes.
Your work will include commercial property litigation, partnership/contractual and corporate disputes, insolvency, intellectual property infringements, agricultural disputes, intellectual property disputes and more! No two days will be the same! You will form part of the wider Commercial litigation team, providing bespoke and fluid solutions for these valued clients often with complex requirements.
Those who prefer to concentrate on one commercial litigation specialism should get in touch as work can be re-allocated among the team according to strengths and preferences.
About you:
- Ideally you should have at least 3 years' PQE within litigation. Solicitors and legal executives coming from a commercial litigation background would be preferred, but if you are a civil litigator looking to specialise in commercial litigation then please do get in touch.
- The current team is based in Cornwall - so you will be living in the Southwest area or looking to relocate. If preferred you can predominantly work from home, although you should live close enough to be able to visit clients across Cornwall and attend team meetings at your nearest Cornish office base up to twice a month.
- This role may interest a relocator looking to move to Cornwall and experience all this beautiful county has to offer.
