A well-known law firm based on the Wirral are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their thriving property department.
A minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role is essential for this position, as you will be dealing with mainly domestic conveyancing of freehold and leasehold properties including sales and purchase, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release.
You will be assisting other members of property department so much be a team player, have strong communication skills and be able to work under your own initiative. If you believe you have the above experience and are looking for a change my client is also offering the flexibility to work from home and the office throughout the week, which gives you an excellent work life balance.
