Job Details
In this role you will assist on a varied caseload of property litigation disputes which will include both commercial and residential property disputes, debt recovery and possession claims. Your role will be part administrative, attend client meetings and court hearings, draft pleadings, and witness statements, prepare court bundles and deal with Land Registry.
To apply you will have a law degree or GDL and ideally the LPC, with good technical grounding and an interest in contentious law.
